Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the "AI Coloring Book Maker (Colorea)" application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides functionality to convert user-provided photos into coloring pages using AI technology.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

The Service primarily provides content for children. Users under 13 years of age must use the Service with parental consent and supervision.

Article 4 (Usage Restrictions)

The free plan has limitations on the number of conversions. The premium plan provides a specific number of monthly conversion tickets based on the plan.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyright of coloring pages generated through the Service belongs to the user. However, copyright of the original photos belongs to the original rights holder.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or reliability. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes or Termination of Service)

We may change or terminate the Service content without prior notice to users.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary. Amended Terms shall become effective upon posting within the application.

Article 11 (Privacy)

The handling of users' personal information in the Service is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the Service.
