The AI Coloring Book Maker (Colorea) Development Team ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy when using the AI Coloring Book Maker (Colorea) application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

1.1 Photo Data

The App processes photos selected by users as follows:

• Purpose: Converting photos into coloring pages
• Processing Method: Selected photos are sent to an AI service temporarily for conversion processing
• Retention Period: Deleted immediately after conversion processing. Photo data is not stored on our servers
• Local Storage: Converted images are stored only on your device

1.2 Face Data and AI Processing

Our app uses user-uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating coloring pages using Artificial Intelligence. These images are processed via Google's AI services. We do not store, share, or sell your face data or photos. All images are processed in memory and are permanently deleted immediately after the generation process is complete.

1.3 Usage Data

To improve the quality of the App, we collect the following information in a non-personally identifiable format:

• App usage frequency and duration
• Feature usage status
• Crash information and other defect data

1.4 Device Information

• Device model
• OS version
• Language settings

1.5 Purchase Information

We process purchase transaction information provided by Apple related to in-app purchases (subscriptions).

2. Purpose of Information Use

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: Executing coloring page conversion, managing the ticket system
• Service Quality Improvement: App improvement, new feature development
• Bug Detection and Fixes: Crash report analysis, bug fixes
• User Support: Responding to inquiries

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Firebase (Google LLC)

Used for improving app stability, analyzing usage, and authentication.

Used for the AI generation feature that converts photos into coloring page-style images.

• Purpose: Photo processing via generative AI
• Note: Photo data is sent temporarily for conversion processing but is deleted from the server immediately after processing is complete.

3.3 Apple In-App Purchase (Apple Inc.)

Used for processing and managing paid plans (subscriptions).

• Purpose: Payment processing, purchase history management

4. Data Storage

Collected data is managed appropriately in the following environments:

4.1 On Device

Converted image data, settings information, and temporary cache data are stored on your device.

4.2 Server

Anonymous IDs, ticket balances, and usage statistics are securely stored and managed on a trusted third-party cloud service (Google Cloud Platform).

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will not provide user personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• With user consent
• When disclosure is required by law
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property
• Minimum necessary information provision to service providers listed in "Third-Party Services" above

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Data Deletion: By uninstalling the App, all locally stored data will be deleted
• Purchase History: Can be viewed at iOS Settings > App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Tracking Opt-out: Can be disabled at iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

7. Children's Privacy

The App provides content for children but does not intentionally collect personal information. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of the App.

8. Security

We implement the following measures to ensure the security of collected information:

• Communication encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data access restrictions through Firebase Security Rules
• Fraud prevention through StoreKit 2 signature verification
